Terms and Conditions for Alfresco Fire Tables UK Limited.

Current Delivery Times

All our Fire Tables are bespoke handmade products, and the accessories offered are at an additional cost. Due to popular demand our lead time is 6-8 weeks from placing your order and acknowledgements of full payment and confirmation of order.

So please consider our current delivery time when placing your order.

UK Mainland Delivery is Free of Charge.

For deliveries to: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands please email info@alfrescofiretables.co.uk with your full address for exact delivery charges.

We do not offer our delivery and fitting service to the above areas.

We do not Deliver outside the UK other than the above locations.

Bespoke Made Fire Tables can be built please email info@alfrescofiretables.co.uk with your sizes for a price.

Our Fire Tables can be purchased with a Grill Attachment to be the envy of your friends and Family cooking your own juicy steaks at the Table.

All Tables come with an LPG Gas Regulator it is your responsibility to purchase a 15 KG LPG Gas Bottle.

We offer a supply and fitting service mainly to Restaurants and Pubs, however we will service the Consumer Market at an additional cost of £299 + VAT to Mainland UK only.

Our engineers will not only deliver but they will fully fit the table but will connect with your 15KG LPG Gas Bottle.

We will also remove all packaging from your premises on our delivery and fitting service.

Each Table comes with a 2-year Manufacturing warranty.

The warranty is sent out under separate email on confirmation from our Logistical Partners or our Engineer’s that the Table have been delivered Safely and if required fitted correctly.

That is the date the table becomes under warranty.

Returns

For any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return the table to us in 14 days for an exchange or refund. You must return the table in an unused condition and in its original packaging.

If your purchase was faulty, we will of course replace the table at our own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
