Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy
The 2-year warranty on Alfresco Fire and Cooking Tables provides extended peace of mind.
Ensuring protection against manufacturing faults for a full two years from the date of Delivery. This warranty covers only the Fire and Cooking Tables themselves and does not extend to any attachments, accessories or consumable parts that may be subject to regular wear and tear, such as hoses, regulators or decorative components.
Coverage details
The warranty includes repair or replacement of Your Fire and Cooking Tables in case of any mechanical or structural defects resulting from normal use, within the two-year period.
Users must ensure the products are installed and maintained by a competent person, e.g. Gas safe registered installer or accredited engineer as improper installation or servicing voids the warranty.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, neglect, improper service, modifications, or acts of nature will not be covered.
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Claim Process
In the event of a suspected fault, customers are required to contact us via email to arrange an inspection assessment.
Faulty units will be inspected, and if a defect is confirmed, the product will either be repaired or replaced, with resolution typically being processed within 21 days of inspection. Please email: info@alfrescofiretables.co.uk to register any claim.
When a claim is registered a charge of £249 will be paid for inspection and fully refundable on agreement of fault.
If the Fire and Cooking Table is deemed to be fully functional the £249 is not refundable.

The guarantee strictly excludes attachments, accessories and parts not integral to The Alfresco Fire and Cooking Tables. Inclusive of gas bottles and regulators.
It also does not cover consequential loss, labour costs, normal wear and tear, or any incidentals related to parts excluded from the warranty
